Impossible Bell Tower
As the water level is rising, we need to build the bell tower as high as possible.
But its not easy.
We have to fight against gravity, the unstable block will fall. The falling square will raise the water level.
As the tower rises, the wind will get stronger and stronger, and the square without fixing will be blown askew.
So, the more physical rules, the more impossibility.
